Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within India. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 4–9 business days depending on your location, subject to courier serviceability. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed; delays caused by courier partners, weather, regional restrictions, or events beyond our control are not the responsibility of R Luxury.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at the time of checkout. R Luxury is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at rluxury@rgroupofficial.com /+91 9765811118 with your order number.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (fragrances are hygiene and personal-care items), we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, or dislike of a scent once the product has been delivered. All sales are final under these circumstances.

Exception: If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, incorrect, or significantly not as described, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at rluxury@rgroupofficial.com /+91 9765811118, along with an unboxing video and photos of the product and packaging. Claims raised after 48 hours, or without valid proof, will not be accepted. Valid claims will be resolved via replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

Any brand or perfume names referenced for descriptive comparison purposes are the trademarks of their respective owners. R Luxury is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any of the original fragrance houses or brands mentioned.

Product images are for representation purposes. Actual packaging, bottle design, and shade may vary slightly. Fragrance perception can vary from person to person due to individual body chemistry, skin type, and environmental factors.

Pricing & Availability

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error on an order already placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

R Luxury shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, delays in delivery, or actions of third-party courier partners. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with a purchase from R Luxury shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.
